From Design To Final Collection
Every specialist scaffold starts with a design produced by a qualified scaffold engineer, is erected by our own CISRS-carded scaffolders, and is taken down once the job's finished. Full RAMS and design documentation are supplied before works commence, so your site team and building control have everything they need. While it's up, we inspect it weekly and issue a handover certificate confirming it's been checked - important on structures that are carrying loads a standard scaffold wouldn't.

Specialist Scaffolding FAQs
All of it. We're based in Romford and work right across the capital and the surrounding home counties - see our North London, East London, South London and West London pages for the boroughs covered in each. If you're not sure whether we come to you, give us a ring; we almost certainly do.
Cantilever scaffolding is used where there's no ground available to build a standard scaffold from - for example over a shop entrance, a driveway or an obstruction. It's supported from above or from the building itself rather than from the ground.
A truss-out scaffold is supported directly from the building face using trussed-out beams, and is typically used where ground-level access is restricted or unavailable, such as over a basement or a boundary you can't build on.
Birdcage scaffolding is a full-width independent structure used for internal work such as ceiling repairs, decorating or maintenance in halls, churches and other large internal spaces, giving a safe platform across the whole area.
Gantry scaffolding protects the public from work taking place above a footpath or walkway, keeping the route open and safe while the scaffold above continues. We handle the council licensing this usually requires.
Shoring scaffolding provides temporary structural support during alterations, underpinning or partial demolition, holding a structure safely while the permanent work is carried out.
Yes - every specialist structure is designed and calculated by a qualified scaffold engineer for the specific site conditions and loading involved, rather than adapted from a standard scaffold.
Yes - this is a common reason for cantilever or truss-out scaffolding, where a standard scaffold can't be founded on the ground because of an existing structure below. We'll design around it on a site visit.
Specialist and bridged scaffolds cost more than a standard scaffold because of the engineering and design involved, and pricing depends heavily on the specific structure and site conditions. We'll give you a fixed written price after a site visit and design review.
