All of it - Barking & Dagenham, Hackney, Havering, Newham, Redbridge, Tower Hamlets and Waltham Forest, plus every town and neighbourhood in between. There's a full list further up the page.

It depends on height, the length of the elevation, how many lifts you need and how long it's up for. On the terraced streets of Hackney and Waltham Forest there's usually a pavement licence to factor in, and sometimes a parking bay suspension - which is why two similar-looking houses can come out at different prices. You'll have a fixed written price within 24 hours, and it won't move unless the scaffold does.

If the scaffold stands on the pavement or road, yes. Each London borough is its own highway authority, so Barking & Dagenham, Hackney, Havering, Newham, Redbridge, Tower Hamlets and Waltham Forest all run their own licensing with different fees and lead times. We apply on your behalf whichever borough you're in, and tell you what the council charges before you commit.

We're based in Romford, right in the middle of this patch, so East London is where a lot of our work already is. Depending on our schedule we usually only need a few days notice for a straightforward job, longer where a borough licence is needed, as those can take different times to come back. If you're up against it, ring us - we can usually move things around.

Both, and industrial sites too. Domestic work - terraces, semis, loft conversions and roofing - sits alongside shopfronts, offices, warehouse conversions and regeneration schemes. Same team and the same standards either way.

Yes. We're CHAS accredited, we carry public liability insurance, and every one of our scaffolders is CISRS-carded. Scaffolds are built to TG20, inspected weekly while they're up, and we issue a handover certificate on completion. Happy to send the certificates over before you book.
