Commercial scaffolding is priced on the height and length of the elevation, how many lifts are needed, access constraints and how long it needs to stay up - so a small shopfront job and a multi-storey office refurbishment are very different numbers. We'll give you a fixed written price after a site visit, and it won't change unless the scope does.
Yes - we hold CHAS accreditation and carry public liability insurance, and every job is carried out by CISRS-carded scaffolders and CSCS-carded site teams. Get in touch if you need copies of our current certificates for your own compliance paperwork.
Yes - a lot of our commercial work is on premises that need to keep trading, so we regularly work out of hours, overnight and at weekends to fit around your business rather than the other way round. Let us know your constraints when you enquire and we'll plan the job around them.
Yes - every commercial scaffold is designed and calculated for the specific building, and full RAMS are supplied before works commence so your site team has everything they need for their own paperwork.
For a straightforward commercial job we typically need a few days' notice, longer where a council pavement or highway licence is involved, since different London boroughs take different times to issue one. If you're up against a deadline, ring us and we'll do what we can to move things around.
